2. Register name and purpose
The register consists of information submitted via the contact form. Data is used to handle enquiries, arrange the free 30-minute remote call, and improve our services.

Data collected via the form may include:
– Company name
– Contact person name
– Phone number
– Email address
– Optional message and preferred time for the remote call
4. Retention
Personal data is kept only as long as needed to handle enquiries and the customer relationship, generally up to 12 months from the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law.
